Gala Ali Shaqab was the first recorded daughter of the 2005 US Reserve National Champion Stallion Gazal Al Shaqab, who is owned by the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani. Gala is out of the straight Russian mare MSA Windstar. Gala was not only sired by a Reserve US National Champion stallion, but her dam was sired by the 1980 Canadian National Champion Stallion, and 1980 Scottsdale Champion Stallion *Muscat. Gala produced a beautiful bay stallion for Dogwood Springs Arabians in 2005, sired by Ali El Din.

Gala is a personable bright bay, bold moving mare. She holds a special position in the herd, as Jerel's close loyal companion and personal riding horse.
